Organizing Using Social Media 

Presented by Elizabeth Ashton Roth, this workshop is for people who have some familiarity with social media and would like to build on that knowledge to help them organize more effectively for social change. Technical basics like algorithms, scheduled posting, and platform management will be covered, as well as the importance of storytelling and relationship building. We will focus on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Participants should be familiar with at least one of the platforms but not necessarily all. There will be time to ask questions, so please bring some with you!
