Sorry that things haven't gone smoothly with the application download.
- The application downloading process works best from a computer.
- When you are on the "Download an application page" click on the window that contains the preview of the application document. That will take you to the download dialogue window.
- If you don't have immediate access to a computer, please contact us through email and we'll email you the application.
- If want to fill out the application on paper, request an application from us through the mail. Our address is:

Please tell us your mailing address and the city that you want to apply to. Remember to leave lots of time for the mail to travel from you to Vancouver, and back to you.
Are you having sign in problems?
If you get to a screen that already has your personal info on it, that means that you have already been added to the Next Up website database. Just click on the register button. That should take you to the download page for your application.
If you are applying to more than one city, you will have to return to the Select Your City page and repeat the registration process.
