Accessibility information:
- We are working to set up a live-stream for our Friday workshops, and potentially some of the Saturday workshops. Please stay tuned for details!

- Families with kids are welcome at this conference. A small kid-friendly (unsupervised) play corner will be set up on Friday, January 25th. On-site free childminding will be available on Saturday, January 26th - there will be an option on the registration form to denote childminding needs.

- All conference programming will take place in wheelchair/other mobility device accessible spaces. All Friday workshops will take place on the main floor, and one of the two Saturday workshops, as well as the childminding room, will be on the second floor, which can be reached by stair or elevator.

- Accessible and gender-neutral washrooms are located nearby.

- The University of Regina is serviced by Regina Transit and Paratransit. The nearest bus stop to the RIC atrium is 'University of Regina Classroom Building', which is an approximately 5 minute walk/one building adjacent to the workshop locations.

- If you live out of town but would like to attend the conference, contact us if you need any help finding billets or carpooling options (or post directly in the event!).

This conference is free to attend, but we recognize that there are other factors that can act as a barrier to participation.
