Sorry that things haven't gone smoothly with the application download.
Here are some steps you can take to get things working for you.
- If you were using a mobile device, retry with a computer.
- Use Google Chrome. This site works best with Chrome.
If you get to a screen that already has your sign up info on it, that means that you have already been added to the Next Up website database. In some cases this may confuse things and stop you from getting to the download link. If this is your situation you can get around the issue with these steps:
- using the browser controls, back navigate to "<< Important Dates and Contacts"
- open an Incognito Window by clicking and holding on the link "Sign me up to apply! >>"
- The new Incognito Window will give you a blank sign up form. Fill it out (sorry if you've already had to do this)
- Submit the form. You should now be at the download page.
